Beautiful room and accommodation. Pool and hottub are excellent. The village is beautiful and lots of shops and places to eat. Only complaint is that for such an expensive hotel it's a little ridiculous to have to pay $10 a night for wifi.
Great 1 bedroom king room with kitchen. Super clean and very spacious. We were there for spa weekend and would definitely be back!!
Awesome rooms would recommend this place if you don't mind paying the extra it is like an appartment an upscale one. Your home away from home. And you are in central location for all the activities and the pubs and all the shops. They have rides and a variety of other activities for all ages from young to old. I would definitely go back again.
Stayed at the Weider lodge for one night in early August. Was on the main floor next to the recreation room (112). The AC didn't work and the room went up to 83 F. The hotel had known able AC issues in multiple rooms. I know it might have been difficult but a more proactive approach would have been better than reactive to fixing the AC issue. My view was of a cement mixer and construction guy working / smoking. Due to construction the patio was off limits. Highly recommended you check that before getting your room if you are on the first floor. The Weider lodge is great for families with kids as it is quieter and doesn't face as much of the village and restaurants (read noise that keeps kids from sleeping). Pool was a bit cold, but hot tubade up for it.
Had a great experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had a great view of the stage from our balcony during the Canada day celebration. The acts were entertaining and kept the crowd captivated. There were activities for the kids like a giant size checkers board and hoolahoops. Rounding out the evening with some spectacular fireworks. Thanks for making a Canada day to remember.
