Very nice place to stay. Right inside the village with so much to do. Pool and hot tub were nice. The check in desk was very friendly and accommodating.

We had a great stay! Loved sitting on our private patio and be able to listen to the live music. Great restaurants all so close. We all had fun doing the activities in the village. Definitely will be going back!

We have stayed at numerous locations at the Blue Mountain resort. This location unfortunately does not rank at the top of them. Our first floor room had very dingy lighting and we could not leave the blinds open for sunlight as the pool and hot tub guests could see directly into our rooms. I could not understand how a large resort only has 11 lay down/reclining chairs. It seemed everyone was stuck in the standard chair and was racing to grab the recliners as they became available. On the positive side, the room was clean, staff was friendly, and we were given a complimentary late check out. I would stay here again but would request one of the other floors for a better patio and privacy.

At first we were lost when trying to find the "Blue Mountain Resort", but when we entered the Grand Georgian building, the staff there were extremely helpful and explained that all the resort buildings were connected. We happened to be in the right location so we were checked in, very quickly. The staff were all funny, friendly, and helpful! The building seemed a bit old with some older appliances and an ancient elevator but our stay was wonderful. I was in the One Bedroom with Kitchen; the kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and was very clean. The pull out couch was big and the bed even bigger, you could probably fit 4 to 6 people in here easily. The TVs worked with standard cable and other inputs if you want to bring electronics. The bathroom had a big shower and was clean, and finally the balcony, while facing the south side of the village, offered enough privacy as well. Finally, the staff were once again very helpful with giving us a late check out for free after we had a eventful night out! And the hotel was very quiet at night, we ran into no issues sleeping (other then an errant skunk outside our balcony). Overall I am very happy with the value and quality of the room and the staffs helpfulness. Would easily stay here again with a few friends!

This place was great. Staff were awesome. Conference rooms big and could be devided to smaller rooms. Awesome corporate event location..rooms were very comfortable. An awesome overall experience.
