I recently spent a week here as part of a spiritual training and I was so impressed with the service/food/accommodations. We had a huge group, and the staff was incredibly responsive, kind, and considerate. There were over 100 people as part of our group and everyone was as happy as I was with the experience! This place is a true gem and the surrounding areas are absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend it here!
I am changing my review. I initially gave Blue Mountain Inn a 3, but that was because most of the patrons at the bar my friend was playing at her horrific. However, that has nothing to do with the Inn. The staff were great, courteous, and very quick. The condo was perfect and it was great for a summer getaway.
It was a great experience.. Looks a bit creepy from the outside but once you're in it's good. Great place for a weekend getaway to relax... Great massage place too! Staff are funny and entertaining and ensure you have a good time... Rooms are clean along with the bathrooms.. There's a shuttle that's there 24/7 and will take you around the resort so it's not so bad getting a hotel further away from the main attractions area!!
Overall great time with activities around the village. The room was clean. We only stayed for 1 night and the customer service at the Inn was good. Shuttle buses were frequent. Beautiful natural landscape. Would recommend going once if you haven't been. Gondola ride had breathtaking views (summer visit).
Room smelled like smoke for 3 of 4 days.Shower head sprayed all over ceiling each day. Was not fixed after mentioning first day.Night latch did not hold door open. Door closed behind me and latch blocked re-entry at 10pm. Waited 40 minutes for maintenance to permit re-entry.Bathroom paint peeling.Staff are friendly.Excellent food.Great location.
