Loved it. Great staff, very polite and quick to help. The RMT's on staff are awesome. The room with lava rock floor is amazing. Takes a minute to get use too. Then is just pure relaxation.
Went here for a bachelorette party and it was very relaxing. I had a pedicure and you get to keep your polish. We also did an hour in the Gan-Ban room and it was very relaxing. Staff was friendly and its very clean.
This place was lovely. I'd never had a massage before and as a gift, a friend had booked my boyfriend and I a couple's massage here. Everyone was incredibly friendly and kind and despite the fact that I had never done it before, my awkwardness was minimal. My masseuse was also excellent, talking me through the process, and when I let her know that I'd never had a massage before she just told me what she recommended and didn't make me make a decision that I didn't understand. I would absolutely recommend this place! I felt amazing all day.
It was an amazing experience! However I did find it a little hard to find via Google maps. Google maps indicated I had "arrived in the middle of the street" took me about 5 minutes worth of circling before I found it located at the end of the village, close to the Weston.
