We waited for 10 minutes and the receptionist or a realtor or whoever she was stayed on the phone like we weren't waiting. And there were 4 of us waiting and she paid us no heed. When she did get off the phone she had an appointment in 5 minutes and she rushed our question. Not entirely her fault as she was the only one working.
